(=) Bim reportedly positive on Iran investment / Neutral According to daily Hurriyet, Bim has given a positive decision on potential Iran investment. Reportedly, Bim will first establish a company and make a fast entrance to the market. Bim COO Galip Aykac had stated in mid-October that they were expecting feasibility studies to be completed in one month and then they would give their final decision. Iran food retail market is underpenetrated with a few number of chains running dramatically low store numbers while the country is home to a population of 81 million. The largest retail chain in Iran has a store number less than 500. The impact of Iran investment will be dependent on how fast the company can reach a breakeven point. Neutral
