(-) Orge Elektrik not to distribute dividends from 2018 earnings The decision is subject to the approval of General Assembly on March 28, 2019. The market reaction should be slightly negative as there would be still expectations for dividend payments although the company had surprisingly announced bonus issue instead of cash dividends in the previous year.
